Wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, sustainably caught, filleted, and flash-frozen near the mouth of the Kvichak River in Bristol Bay, Alaska.
This is caught and purveyed for us by our friends Joe and Angela Echohawk, who own and operate Kwee-Jack Fishing out of these remote and pristine Alaskan waters
This is a set of 3 individually vacuum packaged portions. This is 21 ounces of salmon total. This represents a typical fillet cut into 3. The smallest trimmings of the tail are not included in this set, and only one tail section is included per trio of salmon portions. Pin bones have been removed.
This is 21 ounces of salmon in 3 individually sealed portions for $37 total (for those who want to know, this is just under $29 per lb--beware of other purveyors of Sockeye who do not disclose their per lb pricing; there's lot of very overpriced Sockeye out there, and much of it is not even wild!).
Note that few other fisheries in the world are truly wild. Even many of the famed Copper River Sockeye are indeed hatchery raised. Bristol fish are wild spawned and wild river hatchlings.
Shipped frozen to your door in the same recyclable insulated box we use for all of our frozen protein products.
