Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
We're proud to announce that we have partnered with Joe and Angela Echo-Hawk from Kwee-Jack Salmon to bring you wild salmon. Their catch is fresh from the waters of Bristol Bay, home to the largest wild sockeye salmon run in the world.
Joe & Angela and their team fish with sustainable fishing practices near the mouth of the Kvichak River in Bristol Bay, Alaska. Their catch is fileted and flash frozen within hours of catching to retain freshness and flavor.
You’ll also notice a vibrant orange-red on these salmon. This color is 100% due to the carotenoids found in the wild shrimp and krill that these salmon consume out in the open ocean…as opposed to farmed salmon, which would actually be a grayish color if not for the artificial coloration added to their diets.
