All beef in your 16th comes frozen and individually vacuum-packaged. No organ or bones meats included in this sixteenth. 

What you get:

  • Ground beef 5-7 lbs
  • 3-4 nice steaks that are either New Yorks, Tenderloins, Delmonicos, or Ribeyes. We'll try to give you a mix of these in your box!
  • 1 lb of stew beef
  • 1 flank steak
  • at least 2 top sirloin steaks!

    Flank steaks and top sirloin are excellent on the grill!

    NO organ meats or bones included in any 16ths! If you want to add bones, you can purchase them here.
