This ground beef comes from 100% grass fed & finished animals that were finished on organic Alderspring pastures. Please note that this ground beef is NOT certified organic.

• We pass the savings of not certifying these beeves as organic on to you.
• 10-20 lbs packaged in approximately 1lb cryovak sealed packages.
• Regular is 81-85%, Fatty is 76-80% lean, Magnum is 71-75% lean.
• 100% grass fed and finished. Always on pasture, grazing on same organic and wild pastures our organic beef graze.
• No hormones
• No antibiotics
• No GMOs
• Ground beef from young beeves under 30 months old (not ground-up cull cow).
• Each package is traceable to a single animal for which we know the entire history.
• All of our ground beef comes from the trimmings of our steaks and roasts. 
• Beeves are either raised from our own mamma cows or sourced as calves from friends we trust. They will graze for a minimum of a year on our organic pastures.
• Processed by the same USDA inspected, family run facility as our organic beef.
• White label to differentiate from our organic beef (we're working on a label)
