From Abby and Ethan's (our daughter and son-in-law) pasture-raised pork. This family-sized roast has been a classic for decades. Often it is used for pulled pork or carnitas, but it can also be slow-cooked in the oven with herbs and spices and thickly sliced. We had one of these for Christmas dinner to rave reviews. You'll be refunded for the difference if your roast is under the max weight of the option you've selected. Comes tied and in a vacuum-sealed package.
