This grass fed half brisket is a large, flat roast with a beautiful fat cap (containing all the healthy omega-3s and beta-carotene found in grass fed fat). This is the king of flavor in Alderspring grass fed roasts! Very slow cooking brings out the exceptional flavor and texture of the grass fed brisket.
