Our next shipping date is September 16th. We ship once a week on Mondays (except holiday weeks). Orders placed Monday thru Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Premium cleaned and minimally aged organic grass fed beef hearts (we only keep these about 30-60 days frozen to maximize absolute freshness). Hearts are from only our young cattle, so these are not very large, weighing in at around 3 lbs.
