We ship once a week on Mondays (except weeks with UPS holidays). Our next shipping date is December 9th! We are closed for shipping the weeks of Christmas and New Years.
Premium cleaned and minimally aged organic grass fed beef hearts (we only keep these about 30-60 days frozen to maximize absolute freshness). Hearts are from only our young cattle, so these are not very large, weighing in at around 3 lbs.
