These look like little T-bone beef steaks and come from the same tender muscle area. These little jewels of the lamb should be treated like a filet or ribeye. They are very tender and juicy, and like a great beef steak, are excellent on the grill. Don't overcook! 8-10 ounces per pack of two chops.
Note on sizing: we specify a size range (8-10 oz) because each cut varies a bit in size. We'll initially charge you for the highest weight (10 ounces), then if you get anything under that weight we'll refund you the difference after the order ships. Limit two per order, please.
