Grass Fed (not certified organic) Family Budget Box Sixteenth

This sixteenth is not certified organic so the packaging will have white labels instead of our normal colored ones. After coming to our ranch from our neighbor's ranch as 100% grass fed calves or yearlings never given antibiotics or hormones, these cattle are raised and grazed alongside our certified organic cattle under certified organic standards for at minimum 1 year (usually 2). This is a 100% grass fed beef finished on Alderspring's wild certified organic pastures. This package is comprised of an actual sixteenth of a beef, and will save you 20-25% off our a la carte rates!

All beef in your 16th comes frozen and individually vacuum-packaged. No organ meats included in this sixteenth.

This sixteenth comes with the following cuts:

• 3-5 lbs of bones (if you don't want bones, let us know and we'll refund you $25 and leave these out!). Bones weight is NOT included in the "mixed cuts" weight. 
• 3-4 nice steaks that are either New Yorks, Tenderloins, Delmonicos, or Ribeyes. We'll try to give you a mix of these in your box! OR, if you pick an option with top sirloin instead, you'll get 2-3 top sirloin steaks instead of the NY/Tenderloin/Delmonico/Ribeye. You'll notice the top sirloin boxes are less expensive...top sirloin costs less per pound, so you can save a little more on this option if you're on a budget.
• 1 lb of stew beef
• 2-5 London Broil steaks
• 2-5 Sirloin Tip steaks
• 2-5 eye of round steaks
• 1-2 roasts ranging from 3-5 lbs each (chuck roast or rump roast)

About the beef: These sixteenth available here come from steers that we purchased from one of our valley neighbors as calves. This beef is not certified organic, but it is 100% grass fed and finished and raised GMO/hormone/antibiotic free. Grazed for the past year on Alderspring's certified organic pastures.
