Our grass fed sirloin flap steaks (also called the blade steak) resemble a skirt steak in grain and consistency. They are loaded with flavor, and tend to run a little larger and thicker than a skirt (about 3/4" thick, 12" long, and 5-6" wide). These are beauties when marinated and then grilled, or even plain with just a bit of salt and pepper. This steak can even be slow roasted to become Mexican-style shredded fajita meat that is delightful with a simple tortilla!
Although not certified organic, these steaks are 100% grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free, and non-GMO. They are raised with exactly the same grazing practices as our organic cattle.
This is for 4 lbs of steak, which is about 2-4 steaks (depending on weight of each steak). Each steak comes individually vacuum packed and may have some size variation.
