What you get:
- Ground beef 5-7 lbs
- 3-4 nice steaks that are either New Yorks, Tenderloins, Delmonicos, or Ribeyes We'll try to give you a mix of these in your box!
- 1 lb of stew beef
- 1 flatiron steak
- 2-4 top sirloin steaks
- 1 tri tip roast
NO bones or organ meats included in any 16ths!
