Our grass fed, certified organic tri tip roast is one of our favorites! Unlike a pot roast, this roast is best served medium rare. It brings wonderful robust flavor and tenderness, and has a little fat cap that lends some beautiful grass fed pasture fat flavor and juiciness to the finished product. This is an incredible little roast when grilled or baked in the oven for an hour or so until medium rare, and makes a lovely dinner centerpiece!
