Organic Grass Fed Ground Sirloin (limit 10 lbs)

This grass fed organic ground beef comes from our untrimmed sirloin roasts (the same cut we cut our sirloin tip and top sirloin steaks from). This brings the same flavor as the steaks the sirloin is known for and is a little more lean than our regular ground.

Each package is traceable to a single animal for which we know the entire history. 

Limit 10 lbs per customer, per order(s) shipping. 

Comes in 1-lb vacuum sealed packages. Because packages vary slightly by weight, we weigh out our ground to ensure you're getting your ordered weight. Average leanness around 90%.
