These grass fed beef tendons, cut from below the shanks, are perfect for tendon soup or thinly sliced as is presented in Asian Cuisine from Korea to Vietnam. They make an incredibly rich broth, perfect for GAPS diet followers!
Although not certified organic, these tendons are 100% grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free, and non-GMO. They are raised with exactly the same grazing practices as our organic cattle.
