Our grass fed flatiron steaks are like a flank steak but with even more flavor! These thinner, long steaks are the perfect quick pan-fry or grill steak (no marinade needed, just a little salt and pepper).
This is for one 1 pound flatiron steak. Each steak is an average of 1/2" thick. Dry aged, individually vacuum packed. Although not certified organic, this steak is still 100% grass-fed and raised with exactly the same grazing protocols as its organic counterpart. It is free of antibiotics and hormones.
