Here's your chance to try just a little tenderness with wild pasture flavor thrown in! Grass fed tenderloin ends, certified organic. These are cut from either end of the tenderloin, (sometimes we include the middle cut) and while they don't have the perfect shape, tend to be smaller, and aren't quite as tender, they still bring you a sample of the tenderloin at a fraction of the price! Notice in the picture how each of these ends varies in size/shape. This product is variable and a bit "luck of the draw" (hence the super low price!) but these little ends or middle cuts still pack the tenderness levels of one of our regular tenderloins.
