These are the largest and thickest steaks we offer in the world of NY strip, with the very best marbling. In fact, these are some of the largest certified organic grass fed NY strips to be found online (we couldn't find any others!) Don't let the thickness worry you...as with all of our steaks, these had to pass our rigorous test panel, and these rocked the tenderness test. One 14-oz New York strip, cut extra thick, vacuum-sealed. As always, dry-aged, certified organic, and 100% grass fed and finished! Limit two per-order please to spread out the goodness!
