This is Abby and Ethan's (our daughter and son-in-law's) pasture-raised pork breakfast sausage, made from ground pastured pork with a touch of sweetness and seasonings. We find these the perfect complement to eggs and the greens we nearly always have for breakfast. This is a mild sausage, with full flavor and no heat.
Comes in 1 lb packages, vacuum-sealed and frozen. Comes uncased.
Ingredients: Pork, water, sea salt, honey, black pepper, ginger, sage, marjoram and nutmeg. All spice ingredients are certified organic.
