Our organic grass fed flatiron steaks are like a flank steak but with even more flavor! These thinner, long steaks are the perfect quick pan-fry or grill steak (no marinade needed, just a little salt and pepper).
This is for 2 lbs total minimum of flatiron steaks (about 1-3 steaks, since they vary in weight). Each steak is an average of 1/2" thick. Dry aged, individually vacuum packed.
