These lean steaks are tender and flavorful enough that the marinade can be skipped! A dash of salt and pepper on these 1-1.25" thick steaks is all you need. These steaks vary in size a little bit, so we are selling them by the pound. Each 3-lb set will be about 3-5 steaks.
Each steak individually vacuum packed. They range from about 8 oz up to 16; we'll do our best to send a diversity of sizes.
