Our grass fed flatiron steaks are like a flank steak but with even more flavor! These thinner, long steaks are the perfect quick pan-fry or grill steak (no marinade needed, just a little salt and pepper).
This is for 1.5+ lbs total of steak (about 1-3 steaks, since they vary in weight). Each steak is an average of 1/2" thick. Please limit two sets per order. Dry aged, individually vacuum packed.
Note that this cut is not certified organic. Though it's our regular organic beef, raised on our organic pastures, and processed with organic standards, our processor is still waiting on paperwork for the official certification!
