This is a true thick-cut back rib, which is hard to find these days! We make sure to leave enough meat on those bones for you to throw on the smoker or into the slow cooker or instant pot. These grass fed organic beef back ribs bring some of our best flavor, and as they are cut from the back of the ribeye, they are quite a bit more tender than short ribs.

This comes in minimum 3 bone racks, about 5 inches in length and varying width, up to 6 bones, all petite rib bones. Certified organic, 100% grass fed and finished. Paper wrapped (vacuum sealing is difficult with bone-in cuts, as the bone breaks the packaging) 4 lbs minimum weight.
