This is a 100% grass fed beef from Alderspring's wild certified organic pastures. This package is comprised of anactual sixteenthof a beef, and will save you 20% off our a la carte rates!
All beef in your 16th comes frozen and individually vacuum-packaged. No organ meats included in this sixteenth.
This sixteenth comes with the following cuts:
10-13 lbs ground beef
3-5 lbs of bones (if you don't want bones, let us know in your order comments and we'll refund you $25 and leave these out!). Bones weight is NOT included in the "mixed cuts" weight listed.
3-4 nice steaks that are either New Yorks, Tenderloins, Delmonicos, or Ribeyes. We'll try to give you a mix of these in your box!
1 lb of stew beef
1 3-5 lb roast
2-4 London Broils or Sirloin Tip Steaks
2-4 short rib packs (2 to 4 lbs each)
2-5 osso bucos
We portion these out and EXACTLY weigh them so you pay for the weight you get. See the options above to select your option. The price per pound is the same for every option, but the total price varies based on weight. The exact weights for both mixed cuts and ground beef for that sixteenth are listed in the option title.
