This is 10 lbs of our grass fed roasts for you folks who prefer to buy in a larger quantity (and capture 5% off a la carte rates while you're at it!). You can pick your favorite type of roast from the options here. Each 10 lb bundle contains 2-6 roasts (depends on the roast, as some, like the eye of rounds, tend to weigh around 1.5-2 lbs, while a half brisket is around 3-5). Each roast comes individually vacuum packed, and we weigh them out to make sure you get your minimum 10 lbs!
