Also called America's Cut or pork loin filets. this steak is excellent grilled, broiled or roasted. Because of its mild flavor, it can be eaten for any meal of the day. For those of you brought up on conventional pork chops, or "the other white meat," brace yourself for a chop that can stand alone. Salt and pepper are all you need to deliver the new experience of pastured pork loin flavor to the plate.
Excellent grilled or pan fried, these chops are cut 1.0" to 1.5 inches thick for quick thawing and cooking. These are fat-trimmed back to 1/2 to 3/4 inch rind on the regular chops and 3/4 to 1 inch or thicker on the thick rind option for those of you that enjoy a little more fat. As with any chop, these are sensitive to overcooking so be careful to cook until just done and no further! 2-3 vacuum-sealed packs (2 chops per pack). We will refund you the difference for weights less than 3 lbs total. Limit 3 units please.
